We are delighted to extend a special invitation to you, your employees and family to attend SMARCA's annual baseball event on June 9, 2023 at CHS Field in St. Paul. As authorized by the SMARCA Board of Directors, we are offering a generous subsidy of nearly one-half of the cost of the event, making it an affordable and enjoyable evening for all.
SMARCA ASSOCIATE MEMBERS WILL BE SPONSORING THE DINNER
Contractors, employees, associate members, and their families are all welcome to join us for a night of fun and excitement at the ballpark. This is a great opportunity to network with your peers in a relaxed and enjoyable setting while cheering on our home team.
Tickets are $32 per person. Many companies have more than one person on our mailing list, so multiple people in your company may receive this invite. Please coordinate your registration with others at your company. We have reserved tickets in the "Treasure Island Terrace", which accommodates 180 people and features a bar and eating area. We also reserved 90 tickets adjacent to the Terrace, giving us a total of 270 tickets.
TICKETS WILL BE RESERVED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS
Tickets are currently limited to 10 per company. Additional tickets will be released on Thursday, May 18th.
