HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel accommodations are booked for you at the host hotel, Westin Indianapolis, on a first-come, first-served basis, upon payment of the meeting registration fee. The room rate is $174 per night, plus applicable taxes. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All SMACNA FAB Forum registration cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your registration before September 22, 2023, your payment is refundable. For cancellations from September 22 - October 13, 2023, there will be a $300 cancellation fee. If canceled after October 13, 2023, there will be no refund.
